Terms & Conditions


Arts Instruct is dedicated to providing high-quality online art tuition. By enrolling, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below, detailing how we conduct our services.


Participation Requirements


- I will inform Arts Instruct of any learning or behavioral considerations relevant to my child’s participation by completing the enrollment form.


- I give permission for photographs or videos to be taken during lessons and used solely within the Arts Instruct members-only area. I will indicate on the enrollment form if I do not consent to image usage.


- I give permission for images or videos to be used for broader Arts Instruct promotional purposes (e.g., website, online or local advertising, press), understanding that full names will not be used. If I do not consent, I will indicate this on the enrollment form.


- I consent to my details being added to the Arts Instruct database for updates on relevant art programs. I may unsubscribe at any time.


Supervision and Emergency Contact (For live 1-2-1 or Group Tuition)


- I agree to be reachable during my child’s online sessions. In the case of illness or accident, I understand that every effort will be made to contact me as soon as possible.


- I confirm the accuracy of the details provided at purchase and will notify Arts Instruct of any updates by emailing [artsinstruct@theevelynarose.com]


Online Tuition Requirements


Technology Requirements


Art is a highly visual subject; therefore, students must have access to a computer with a functional camera for their sessions. Cameras are expected to remain on during lessons. If a student feels uncomfortable, they may adjust the camera to show their work instead. (For 1-2-1 or group tuition only)


Arts Instruct uses Google Classroom for sharing materials and lesson resources. Students must have access to this platform, which may require a Google email account to log in. This access requirement aligns with Google’s usage policy. Google Classroom includes a parent/guardian link to facilitate the sharing of information.


Booking and Payment


- Booking is essential for all Arts Instruct Online Tuition sessions and is confirmed upon receipt of payment. Payment must be made at booking or at least 24 hours before a session. Sessions may be cancelled if payment is not received on time.


- Block bookings are non-refundable and must be used within:


- 4 months of purchase for weekly sessions.

- 5 months of purchase for bi-weekly sessions.


Membership is paid in advance per month. Membership can be cancelled at any time.


Cancellations – 1-2-1 Sessions (Adult and GCSE/A-Level)


- 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations. Full lesson payment is due for cancellations made within 24 hours of the session.


Illness or Tutor Cancellations


- In the event of tutor illness, I will offer an alternative time and date, a proportional refund, or the option to transfer to another class or workshop. I reserve the right to cancel a session if necessary.

- If a scheduled Arts Instruct Creators call is canceled, it will be rescheduled for a convenient time within the term.


Arts Instruct Gift Vouchers


- Arts Instruct Gift Vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase and are non-refundable.

For 1-2-1 Sessions a Creative Guidance Call is recommended before Booking.
